Once again this arrived by Startrack couriers in a post bag with the box broken and chocolate egg spilled into the post bag. DO NOT buy anything breakable from this lot. They do not pack things to protect it. It's just shoved into a post bag. They don't care. This is the second time. I gave them a 2nd chance. Have another order coming which l now can't cancel. NEVER AGAIN. Will be opening a dispute if l can't get my money back.

Note....the company has been in contact and offered a full refund, or a replacement product which will be packed in a box, rather than a postage. This was much appreciated.
