    Rock solid and economical.

For some reason it is insanely hard to buy an access point under $50. This is a good choice. I bought a Firmware v2 example to supplement Telstra''s Smart Modem Gen 2 which is a non-conformant crock. Good: Just works, interface is easy enough to master. Good : DHCP, broad WiFi (including legacy) support. Quirk: NTP is hard coded, which is a risk if that ever disappears. Bad: power pack should have longer cord, these things work better at altitude. It would be nice if the modes were physically switchable as some of their products.

  • Small but Powerful

I purchased this originally for my Foxtel IQ2, the unit has an ethernet port which I use to access the on demand features. I found the set up was really easy and the wireless range is great. I haven't noticed the EX2700 having any speed drop or quality loss to any of my other N300 /Netgear products.

  • Best value AP this far

The price doesn’t always do justice, but this one certainly bats above it’s weight. Easy to set up, and great range throughout the house (<15m) with walls everywhere. Even if this lasts two years, it’s still worth it compare to a $250+ AP devices.

  • Netgear wireless network extender

Works well perfect for extending wiffi around the house easy to setup and get working. Keeping with the same password as the modem so u cant forget it. With the option to change it too. Great product and is cheaper then buying another modem.
