The the mixer was shipped knowing it was damaged and rusted on the inside. When I unwrapped packaging the top housing of the unit just fell off. This unit was also not usable in the USA. It was shipped from the USA….. interesting to say the least. Lots of Chinese writing on the specs on the unit. Including 50herts which was not described in any detail. 50herts can only be used in China or Europe. Very misleading. I got a refund but be wary of sellers like this one.

Two of my items were perfect. The third, however, was damaged. After attempting to inspect the damage I decided to accept the unit. When I unpacked it, I quickly discovered the packing was purposely cut to custom-fit the damage which means it was intentionally shipped in its damaged condition. I notified the seller and sent pictures of the damage. No further contact or reimbursement was made.

This sent me a broken freezer and when I wanted my refund he tricked me I would buy from him at 600 since it was damaged and instead he refunded me 600 dollars when I asked why he said he was so
