The belt arrived in a vaccuum sealed flat pack and it has left some creases but hopefully this will even out with wear. Also, the brown colour was slightly darker than advertised. I contacted the seller and they were really good with communication. they even offered a partial or full refund because of the perceived colour difference but I have decided not to do anything and will be keeping the belt. Thank you for being patient with my queries.

The item is as described on the listing. The umbrella is very heavy but small. When opened, it the arms look a little flimsy. I will be interested to see how it hold up in the weather. I initially had issues with the delivery as the courier company did not leave the package and left a calling card with very little information! I understand this is not a direct problem of the seller and they were responsive when I complained. The seller should not use this courier company again.
