The radiator is significantly shorter than the stock one so the fan shroud won't fit. A lot of the forums recommend running the fan shroud when you are using the OEM fan that runs off of the engine or go with electric fans.I am not sure of the cooling efficiency gains of copper (OEM) vs Aluminum. If you want to run the OE shroud you will have to cut it to make it fit and drill new holes to mount it to the radiator. There's 40 other sellers selling the same model rad so this applies to them too.
