The specifications stated that it works on 110v / 220v voltage. which is a lie. It works on 110 volts only! Those who intend to use it on 220V will definitely need an adapter from 220V to 110V. Otherwise, your physio equipment will burn out like mine did. I had to repair it and replace the burnt part (capacitor).
