It's silly that Dell made the mounting ears out of plastic. Nevertheless, great ebay vendor, reasonable prices, great communication, great packaging and fast shipping.     Coil inserter arrived non functional, which was not in the description. Had to buy ~$100 worth of specialized belts that restored unit functionality. Great communication with seller and they agreed to refund cost of repairs. Removing a few screws and looking inside would immediately show the busted belts from age and non-use. Overall fine sale, however item should have been listed as non-operational. Seller stands behind their sale, so +++ for them, just double check list item is working or not
