Confused by this seller. I bought the item as it said express post would be used. Then it was posted late as it turned out the seller was away. On her return she apologised and then posted it normal mail! So for something I had expected to receive very quickly I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks. On top of that all the items, knits, had pulls, even that which was said to be brand new, and one had several splotches of what looked like gravy on it. There was an extra gift, also damaged. Unhappy experience.
