I contacted seller as soon as I received the product, which was a Friday afternoon. Seller replied to me Monday, and sent out the corrected item. Received item by Thursday. This gave me 10 days for my regimen out of 21 days. I do appreciate the seller's stand behind their products. The products were sent with plastic bags, so the box of the insoles were crushed at receipt.
