The phone sold a new and straight after setup experiencing problems. Kept shutting down and restarting. Took to the apple shop. They ru analytics and find out the phone has more than one hardware problem. The repair would cost more than I paid for it . They also told me the phone already flagged in their system as faulty in the past. I tried to attach the analysis here but couldn’t. I can provide it

I rated this experience positive even though the new mobile phone ended up being faulty, and had to be returned.
Communication with the seller was prompt and excellent to try and problem solve the error on the phone. The phone was new and in box, with all accessories. However the camera and flash didn’t work.
I had no problems returning the phone and getting a full refund.
I scored the item 2 star, because one feature on the phone didn’t work, but was in excellent condition, such a shame.
