I was really happy with this purchase! To be honest as it was $200 cheaper than other options I was worried something would be wrong, but it was totally brand new, sealed in plastic! A great deal (refurbed are only $100 less). Arrived quickly and works great. The only thing I'd change is I wish the battery lasted a full 24 hours but apparently it's the norm that they last about 17 hours. Love the free screen protector and clear phone case! Overall I highly recommend purchasing from this seller!!

I rated this experience positive even though the new mobile phone ended up being faulty, and had to be returned.
Communication with the seller was prompt and excellent to try and problem solve the error on the phone. The phone was new and in box, with all accessories. However the camera and flash didn’t work.
I had no problems returning the phone and getting a full refund.
I scored the item 2 star, because one feature on the phone didn’t work, but was in excellent condition, such a shame.

Bought 2 iPhone 12s brand new one was perfect charged straight awayThe other phone didn’t charge past 30% so contacted seller and they immediately allowed me to sent it back . They were very easy and patient to deal with as I’m not technically that clever . Kept in constant contact and replied very quickly to all my messages . READ: NOT A "NEW" PHONE. A serial number check shows a purchase date 3 years ago, and no Apple warranty. But, it comes newly boxed, with 100% battery, and flawless condition. The seller offered a full refund. However, for the price, I am decided to keep it. Apart from the warranty, it is no different to a new phone. Good communication and super fast postage too.
