I rated this experience positive even though the new mobile phone ended up being faulty, and had to be returned.
Communication with the seller was prompt and excellent to try and problem solve the error on the phone. The phone was new and in box, with all accessories. However the camera and flash didn’t work.
I had no problems returning the phone and getting a full refund.
I scored the item 2 star, because one feature on the phone didn’t work, but was in excellent condition, such a shame.

Beware, I was sold a faulty mobile phone, Warranty or replacement was not offered, my mobile was still under warranty period, only used for 4 days. I was given a $120 refund for $300 phone. I believe their mobiles are overseas models, possibly they are repackaging second hand refurbished ones and selling as New, no manuals or warranty card in packaging.
This seller is dishonest with misleading communication.
Phones are not as described. Think carefully before purchasing from this seller.
