I immediately contacted the seller, they argued they sent the correct filters. So, I went to their store and sent links to the model they sent me showing it was incorrect. They still wanted to give only a partial refund. After complaining to Ebay directly, I got a full refund. The customer was confused by an internal part number on the label, which refers to the material and size of the filter, not the micron rating.
