They offered no apology and offered a measly refund of 1 of 20pcs - the issue being no concern was given and 2/3 of the international postage. Prior to this, the Seller queried us if Customs had opened the package (there was no signs of this)... we quiered if the the tracking updates (recorded in German) reflected a Customs inspection and they didn't care to confirm
