      Fixed the fuel leak

      Had a fuel leak on my leaf blower. The plastic was cracked on the fuel elbow. This elbow was a direct replacement, with an easy install. Leak fixed. The hardest part was getting the old elbow out.

      Can be made to work

      Sizing seems to be an issue but can be adjusted, with care. The aluminum portion of the fitting measured .005" larger than the original removed. Spent about fifteen minutes polishing it down with cut strips of fine abrasive paper. Even then, it was a difficult press but did get it fully home.

      Improvisation

      I found this 90 degree fitting on line after a lot of research. I needed just the right fitting for my really old Craftsman tiller. I had no manual or any other resource so when I saw this I had to have it. The fitting was exactly what I needed.
