    If you take the 1.25mL dose without mixing it with something else, the taste is unpleasant but not terrible. I recommend mixing it into another drink. I felt mild effects of my first dose within 30 minutes of taking it. A+++

    It tastes gross, but that is how zinc tastes. The preservative in the product potassium benzoate makes me hyper. I do not recommend with people with that sensitivity.
