Item was broken on arrival, the part that catches the mess doesn't shut and then the punch broke after the first hole punch, eBay won't let me contact the seller for some reason, all contact opens will not load, tried to load "contact seller" on PC and mobile for 37mins and nothing, no way to report it broken for a refund
