Product was ordered late on Friday (8th Sept). Product was dispatched on Monday the 11th falling within our 1 business day timeframe. Item was then clearly held up in Aus Post sorting facility as shown by the tracking provided. All actions taken by us were completed in our mandated time and we are unfortunately unable to control the effectiveness of Aus Post. Thanks again for your order.
