Seller's participation was flawless but ebay's Global Shipping Program got weird on this occasion, supposedly making multiple delivery attempts when someone was actually home but sending confusing "we will try again" messages via their choice of local courier. This caused frustrating delays. Item eventually arrived and was in perfect condition. Seller recommended, but ebay's shipping program was, on this occasion, a disappointment.
