The seller was argumentative and unsympathetic. This is the second map that I had trouble receiving from them in the condition described. The first was damaged. There was no attempt to rectify even though they were aware of the issue. I still have not been refunded for that item. The seller carelessly ships items in flimsy packaging, or doesn't provide tracking. Items either show up damaged, or not at all. The seller refuses to refund without eBay intervention. Expect this going forward from them.
