If you only have one lense this is it
I've had my camera for more than ten years, I'm into Nikon mostly cos it was my first electronic SLR before that I liked Minolta that was my first SLR I loved that camera, some of my best ever pics I bought a stack of lenses for that Camera, but now I love my Nikon :)

The lens is in good condition, but not able to get expected image. Photos are not that sharp. The account name looks like Aussie person, but I assume the guy who is selling this product is Indian. I m not againt the person, but one should use proper identity while selling the product. I am not very satisfied with the lens, but there is no option. Great value for the money.
I like this one because it comes with reasonable focusing length range with affordable price so I don't have to carry two lenses most of time. Apparently the downside is you won't be able to use it for real tele-picturing.

compact lens
handy small good lens which can go everywhere. as part of my replacement for old zoom i noticed the compactness. actually the Nikon zoom lens satisfied my requirements , weight easy operation, sharpness. If the lens equipped with metal mounting ring like mounting part in camera body would be more reliable mid zoom lens
