Filter in case sold with too short of a bulkhead connector, so a standard SMA can't even tighten onto it from outside the case. The sellers solution is to ship it back across the world instead of reimbursing a few dollars for the proper longer bulkhead connector that I could just resolder on. It took 2 messages just to get a response for me to just send it back.

The buyer asked a high amount of money to replace the SMA connectors by himself. We have sold more than 1000 pcs of these filters with no complains until now. We asked politely the filter to be sent back to us, it seems the purpose of the buyer was simply reimbursing a few tens of dollars (not a few dollars). We know the filter works fine! Again, if you don't like it send it back for a full refund. Thanks for your negative feedback, it is just one in thousands!
