I purchased these items to replace broken brackets on my Simmons electric set. Seller was offering $39 I countered $25 he came back with $31 and I accepted. I payed him the $31 plus $26 for shipping as part of his offer. Post was delivered via US Mail and was told the seller chose the option for media instead of standard shipping and that I owned $26 before I it could be delivered. I payed the postal delivery person the $26 to receive the package. Seller refused to pay me for the shipping.

It's an absolute lie. I offered to refund $26 in any way! The buyer demanded only a paper check. I asked for a $26 receipt three times, but they didn't give it to me. After that, I offered a refund, he did not accept. Then I sent a cheque for $29. It's just that a person has no understanding. It's a pity.
