I promptly informed the seller, but the seller tried to convince me that the unit was new and the issue was caused in postal transit. Hence, I opened a eBay 'Request' for return. On return of the item, the seller promptly refunded the full amount. Overall, IMO, 'Csyztera-Radio' is a good seller and hence this positive feedback.
