Item as described, but poorly packed in soft bag. Arrived squashed, as a result tint is full of creases. In my case I only need small pieces and can work around it, but to tint windows this would be useless. It was at the cheaper end of the market, but suggest you charge what is needed to package it properly.

Poor delivery time & communication. Ordered 22nd May, on 27th May I contacted seller to ask when product would be sent, replied 28th May. They created a tracking number but didn't lodge item with Australia Post for a further 4 days (1st June) - so 10 days after ordering til they shipped product. Needed urgently & was repeatedly misinformed of its location. Not happy.
