  • WALL-E (Playstation 3, 2008)

Based on the Disney Pixar movie, this PlayStation 3 Wall-E video game puts you in the treads of robots WALL.E and EVE as they adventure across the galaxy. Players will take control of Wall-E and Eve through a fast-paced adventure! The game will allow fans to re-live some of the movie's most thrilling moments as they explore 10 worlds filled with non-stop action and adventure, along with head-to-head multiplayer challenges. Players will recognise the storyline, characters and key locations from the WALL-E film as they carry out intense missions, dodge dangerous enemies and navigate their way through a futuristic world. In addition, the game will contain new storylines and environments that movie-goers will not see in the cinema. However, the game sometimes make us sad.

  • Super Game!

I bought this game for my son who is 7 because he has been asking for it every since it came out. So we got him the PC version which he finished in a week. When the Playstation3 store had a demo for download we got that for him and saw that there are different things you can do and get that were not on the PC version, plus it's more challenging. I like that even though it is a one player game it offers mini games you can play with another person. My son loves this game and will play for hours if you let him (very tempting at times, lol especially since my son figured out the button to press to play that song Wall-E likes), we can leave him alone and not worry about what he will hear or see on the screen. I would have to say the Playstation3 version is much, much better. Next we may get him ...

  • Playing Wall-E

I am an over-the-hill beginning PS3 gamer. Since I loved the movie I thought the game would be fun (which it no doubt is) there are a lot of things to remember the old brain cells don't want to register. Once I get the hang of it I hope it will be a good game in the meantime I am sure a child can do it just fine! The graphics are good and I hope once I figure out what I am supposed to be doing and how I am supposed to do it I will enjoy it. It doesn't give you any hints as you go along, at least none that I have seen.

  • Overall a fun game if you can ignore some differences from the movie

Really like it! My son is playing it right now! It is fun and immersive. It makes you think when it comes to solving different objectives. And you can unlock different parts of the game as well as clips from the movie. The only thing that bothers me is that many of the scenes and aspects from the actual movie were changed including the original voice from the song at the beginning of the move (Put on Your Sunday Clothes). Little things like that bug me. If I didn't love the movie I wouldn't have purchased the game so I don't really like when what I love has been altered and slid in under the guise of being like the movie. But that's just me.

  • Excellent game, beautiful graphics

I normally buy games for my nephews and only check them out to see if they play OK, leaving the real game play to them, but with Walle on PS3, I got sucked into the game immediately, and ended up playing for something like 6 hours straight! This is VERY unusual for me! The graphics were really nice, and I found the game challenging, but I am NOT a frequent gamer. My nephews 6 and 10 said they thought the game was hard, but although they play more than I do, their mother limits the time they're allowed to play games, so I'm sure they're not as experienced as some kids their age. I think they're going to like this game more in a few years. Time will tell ...
