Excellent Seller. The item was well packed and received a week before the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, there was minor damage to an engine drive rod. The manufacturer is no longer making trains and there is no inventory of spare parts. Fortunately, my local model train shop was able to repair the drive rod and verified that all of the functions of the engine worked well. I communicated the issue with the seller and he quickly provided reimbursement for the repair. Highly recommended!
