It was absolutely perfect! We purchased these for our non-profit's Groundbreaking Ceremony on 10/23. I ordered them on 10/15 or 10/16 and we needed them no later than 10/20. The description said the expected delivery time would be between 10/19-10/24. We got them on 10/20 with no issues. If I had to critique anything, it would be that the "I dig you" stickers were missing. But overall it was pretty good for my 1st Ebay purchase.
