Do not buy from seller. EBay buyer here for 8 years and never an issue like this.
They sold me a clothing item marked clearly in title & in item description as size “18 months.” I sent 10-15 very clear photos of ENTIRE item on arrival showing that the item had NO tag-seller ignored then stopped responding to messages & refused partial refund & insisted “is a tag” but could not indicate where. No return policy and return not valid per Ebay; seller tagged in several instances of issues per Ebay.
