There was some sort of delay and a lack of update in the tracking information but "AliceBestDeal4You" took action and we not only got an update, but for some reason, the item arrived immediately, the day after. I don't know if the seller's intervention helped push the delivery or if it was a coincidence, but the tracking definitely updated as soon as she took action. I recommend her without any hesitation!
