The watch I received had a major issue—the display would go blank any time I pressed the illuminator button, rendering it useless. This could be a really negative review, BUT
I reached out to the seller, and they immediately refunded me for the damaged watch. They were very responsive and helpful.
Even though I received an item that was damaged/not as described, I would happily purchase from this seller again because they are so responsive.

At first only received 3 of the 5. Seller did get the other 2 out to me after I reached out. Then told me that the description was AI generated and that they hadn't actually tested them. Only 3 out of the 5 work, one smells like the motor is burning when it is on. Not totally happy with purchase but not much I can do about returning them because they were gifts. Buyer be aware that the descriptions might be true.
