Product comes with a “recycled” sticker. Apparently this sticker is applied by big-box stores when a product is too damaged or defective to be sold open-box.

Overall the package arrived but poorly packaged. Item just tossed into an envelope and not securely closed. Basically my "open box" was literally an open box. Box was damaged as well, either stepped on or heavy objects piled on top. Seller eventually responded and seemed somewhat apologetic, so this is a Neutral instead of Negative.
