Great communication easy to deal with. quick to respond and refund after an issue with Auspost losing the package. It did finally turn up very battered after an almost month long trip round Victoria. My only criticism is, if the product had been better packaged it would have arrived in a better condition. For example don’t just put the product in a plastic satchel with no extra protection or padding.
