I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in your Snuff Bottle, I offer a money-back guarantee, no questions asked, so you are welcome to return it... these bottles are all handmade in a refugee camp and yes most of the lids fit loosely as they were meant to hold solids rather than liquids, ie: Snuff, Kohl, Perfume Balm. I am told that a rubber O-ring to fit your bottle will help seal the lid and hold it on tightly but I wouldn't recommend putting liquid such as perfume oil inside.
