Item is as described, it was an open box item still in the original manufacturing box which was placed and shipped in a larger box (some packing material should have been added to secure the smaller box). I was expecting a small tool to be included ( to clean the piercing needle), but did not see it. Good buy overall, i am pleased with this purchase from a good seller.
