The box was damaged during shipment, and I was quite concerned when I received it that way. The seller responded almost immediately when I contacted him. He had insured the camera for the amount I had paid for it, plus was very willing to have me return it if it was damaged. The camera had been extremely well package, so there was no damage. Very satisfied.
