I bought this item as I have been buying other items for 20+ years with 100% positive feedback. I also immediately paid for the item as I always do. Then the seller sold the item to someone OUTSIDE of the eBay forum. This is against eBay's rules. And he admitted this to me in a message and also gave me a refund. My health relies on such items as this. I is very unfair, against the rules, and just not ethical for what the seller did. He should be removed from selling on eBay.
