The item was shipped from Greece to Greece. I contacted the seller about the shipping costs. It could be as low as 1 euro. He insisted on me paying 15 dollars which is really absurd. The other absurd thing is that the seller demanded payment in USD whereas we use Euros in Greece. These two weird seller's oddities raised the cost of purchasing for no reason at all. Other than that I am very pleased with the product purchased.

Most of my customers are international buyers so my settings are fitted accordingly. I'm really sorry for your unpleasant experience. It is of paramount importance to me, that my buyers know exactly what they are going to pay, and the exact details of the product they are purchasing. And by both standars, I did ok by you. But I have to ask, if you didn't agree with the price, why did you buy it?
