The backpack was shipped in a plastic bag that got shoved into my mailbox. Stitch's ears are now bent. I bought multiple items on the same day that got here much sooner, which made getting this in 7 days feel like a long time, but I guess it isn't. I received the item as described (minus the bent ear). No other complaints.
