Great contact throughout. Sent pics of the progress. Shoes arrived today and the fit is fantastic. They even included an extra pair of leather insoles that seem to be padded. Can't ask for more. I have a very narrow foot and so I don't care for the common brands. For the price of a pair of Cole Haans I get a custom pair of shoes made for my foot. I will be ordering another shoe for sure.
