The item I received was of extremely poor quality. It snapped immediately upon assembly, revealing a near-empty shell with crumbling plastic filaments. The seller tried to argue that it was my fault for tightening too hard, but then contradicted himself by claiming that it was filled with plastic by 70%, which is also incorrect. I have been requesting a full refund, but it has not yet been received.

We are not trying to argue. Just because you can't accept the truth, that you broke the item by using too much force when screwing it to your table.
Any plastic clamp will break if you apply too much force.
Yes, our parts are filled with 70% plastic and have 4-5 perimeters, which makes the parts strong.

Excellent communication, delivered quickly & well packaged. These are very easy to fit - no messing about with spacers or extra canbus wiring adapters - just unscrew the old bulb holder (this kit comes with a handy torx screwdriver to help you with this!) fit the new LED bulb in its place, plug the wiring into the car & away you go! No error messages on the dash & give a nice, subtle OEM light. Not too brash or a peculiar colour. Certainly a worthwhile upgrade & cheaper than 1 standard BMW bulb.
