      I did use it for my Periods monthly (when younger)and now for my back probs (older)mmmm yes may say XXL and shows a Man on the cover, but no worries how big or small !       Really works for me

      This is great. I get back pain now and again, and this really is very soothing to use. Lightweight, and you can position the heated part just where you want it. Lasts all day. My back pain is gone after a couple of sessions of this!
