the item arrived on time, and works perfectly. the box was absolutely mangled by USPS, but that's no fault of the sellers. if it wasn't packaged so well it would have been destroyed. my only very minor complaint is the item was listed brand new in box, but was clearly either used or damaged when the seller received it, as the listing did show minor cosmetic damage. however, it works perfectly, and was a very good deal, so I would buy from here again
