Spigot was broken on flap on arrival, contacted seller for replacement flap, seller told me to glue it because cost of post and packing to send new piece. Communcation was very hard to understand. The glue cost half the price of product. I have used a glue gun with a little success it's taken me a couple of hours glueing a fileing, very frustrating.

Firstly, the seller always auto-reply without any useful information, he would sorry at the very beginning and then copy and paste the previous message. Secondly, the delivery company truly bad, sending from NSW to QLD has taken almost 20 days! Thirdly, the product i bought is in not really low price but really really poor quality. The cotton inside is far less than it showed on the image, just like a big mat although the dog bed is what I bought.
