Terrible customer service, they wrote to me to tell me that I had to buy packaging separately for the part I bought from them and I told them that I would not pay anything extra that it should be included in the final price and they did not answer me anything else and I was left waiting for the package and it never arrived, they did not have the courtesy to tell me that they would not send the item.

Fantastic service. Ordered from Latvia on 5 May and delivered to Australia 24 May. The Mazda 6 2.2 diesel tensioner pulley was almost impossible to source in Australia and is exactly as described and will be a good replacement. It is very reasonable price delivered.
