Item was as described,good price ,postage was redicules but for the price it was for door to door I didn’t mine,on the day I get a postal message asking can they leave it here if no one’s home,I said yes it’s ok,then I get another message saying parcel has been delayed,later I found the parcel card that my parcel is at the post office wasted the postage.

An option to offer cheaper postage would be ideal as "registered" mail is a bit over the top for a small plastic item weighing only a few grams. Other sellers offer $3 postage for items this small & weight which I think is more appropriate. Also, an extra day or so for mail delivery wouldn't have worried me as the old cord lock has been broken for months. Other than that, I'm very happy with the item purchased, the sellers response, packaging and overall timing.

Happy with purchase & chosen colour was spot on. Wasn't aware however that the slats didn't include the weights as it was not mentioned in the listing so I had to purchase these separately. So buyer take note! Apart from that, postage was quick & packaged well
