I've struggled to find ones that are of the season. I come from a lineage whose main of work is producing and packing dates especially the Khalas. I know signs of cheating and inauthenticity. These are the ones that I know for sure they're Khalas of the season: Golden, no sign of crystalization, and molasses within them is just magical.
I highly recommend those for anyone who want to try the fresh authentic Khalas :)
