One of the glasses arrived broken because the seller did not properly package the items. When I contacted the seller about this, he/she blamed the post office instead of accepting responsibility, then dumped on me about the situation as if it was my fault. Most sellers wrap glass and breakables in tons of bubble wrap and sometimes peanuts. This seller uses bunched up Saran Wrap and relies on self printed warning labels (not red labels like itโ€™s supposed to be) on the exterior of the box.

Where to start. I'll start by saying it's hard to take a lair and a thief serious. If you look back at the messages between us you will find that at no time did I dump on you. I did offer to replace the broken one with a new one or give you a partial refund. You refused both. When you returned said items you switched out a cheap plastic glass for the unbroken one. That in my book is stealing. As for the packing material you call saran wrap, I've been using it with no problems for 6 years.
