This was my second purchase for the same item. The first time around all went well. The second was missing 4 separators. The seller refused to send replacement items and refused a full refund offering me an $8 then $12 refund. The seller also said they were out of stock of the item and could not take the missing items form another one. After contacting eBay with my issue and demanding a full refund the seller agreed. After they agreed to a refund I checked and they were still listing them.,
