Although the parts were described as "open box" and new, I didn't see the split in the hand grip at the top of the handle until after it was installed. I went back to the photo and magnified the photo and though it dark, the defect was there so I can't be angry :) The price was great and the free shipping also didn't hurt. It did fit my 5 yr old mower perfectly. Would be glad to do business with them again!

It arrived just as described. It wasn't what I needed, but I think that was my fault for ordering the wrong thing. Seller returned the item with no hassle. I just paid shipping back as I would expect to. Good experience from the seller. Would def buy from them again.
